Default Rain, Rain, Go Away!!

Will the tremendous amount of rain that we are about to get hurt Fall fishing? The weekend wx forecast looks awesome, just wondering how bad water will be..

I'm curious to see as well. I'm going to try to go on my boat Friday on a fun trip and I'm filling in for Marty Saturday and Sunday on Patent Pending. I'll be sure to post what I find.

I had the opportunity to Hook & Line today but didn't feel like spending the day wet and cold for an uncertain payday.

I don't pay too much attention to the H&L regs, but does the fact that it was still even an option to go on the 26th of the month show things have slowed up A LOT??

I can only speak for the guys I know, but once the spot were gone their catch fell off hard. I don't thing any of my buddies have met their quota trolling.

A couple guys have had good days but if you figure in the much slower catch rate trolling compared to livelining and the additional fuel burn it quickly looses it profitability.

Was out yesterday, and I have to say, if it was not for the awesome company, the trip was a loss....

No birds+No bait=No fish

Think the storms over the last couple of days have a lot to do with it and today is not helping any....Just hoping it does not kill the last couple of weeks...But with things the way they have been, I am not sure its worth it for many of us to head out much more in 2013....
