Default Quick morning trip and afternoon adoption

Since the weather forecast didn't look promising for the next couple days, I made a quick trip this morning. My brother and I left Tolchester around 7:15-7:30. We looked around in the eastern side since the wind was supposed to come out of the NE. We couldn't find anything to jig so off to the western side. We searched 9 foot knoll and 7 foot knoll but could find any fish to set up on. Every fish we marked was in the middle of the channel. I said screw it and put out some trolling rods. We fished the Craighill channel for about 45 minutes and caught one 25" Rock right at the #26 marker. The birds then started working 7 foot knoll and he wanted action. Since I was running outta time we made 2 drifts and caught a bunch of 12" fish. We packed up and headed back across the now rough bay in order for me to be home in time to get cleaned up to adopt my wife's daughter this afternoon👍👍. Made back by 12:00. Wish I had more time to troll but some things are more important than fishing(you will probably never hear me say that again).

Way to "man up" and raise her daughter as your own. Congratulations on the instant family.
Nice fish too.
