Never know what is swimming in the bay

Caught this fish Jan. 20th near the bridge in about 50 feet of water.

Looks to be a hybrid - wonder where it swam from ?

It was shaped like a Perch - wide and thin but had stripes like a Rock. Mouth was much smaller than same size Rock.
