Vacation is over! They called yesterday....I start my new job Monday. Can you believe they have the nerve to expect me to work 40 hours a week!

It's going to take some getting used to, for the past 10 or so years if I wasn't deployed I could pretty much do whatever I wanted, when I wanted - It was nice being an MCPO/E-9.

Now I just have to figure out if I can get off for our annual billfish trip to Costa Rica.

Marty, I'd be happy to help you put together a bait tank, but this weekend is shot shopping for dress clothes for work!

BTW: Remember Pearl Harbor today - 7 Dec 1941.

Welcome back to the work world and be happy it's only 40 hours a week! When I got my job I thought it would be a 9-5. Turns out it is usually 8am on Monday - 6pm on Thursday Good news is Fridays are only 8-5!!!

Good luck with the new job. As for the 40 hours, just remember The Little Engine That Could- "I think I can, I think I can..."

Tawn....If your wife is getting "pissy" over that neat garage, I invite you to come and see mine! She will never utter another word to you about your stuff!!
