Default Water quality amazing off the coast of

Aruba...

Stopped by my marina tonight, although I wanted to go out, no way I would have risked it....it was the worst mess I may have ever seen...much worse than what saw during Isabel, or any other recent storms....

some of the things I saw:

Full trees up to at least 24" wide and some longer than 20 to 30 feet

Plastic and metal barrells

Too much Styrofoam

Bed frames and a mattress

Frisbees and tennis balls

Wooden planks, shingles, other housing construction materials

Clothes

Dead birds and an oppossum that must have drowned

Highway cones

and although the water looked like hot chocolate, the surface couple of feet was not horrible, it almost looked like a window into the murky bottom...

Be safe out there...
