Default Friday evening Podickory

Got chum in the water and 4 rods out by 6:30...small strips of menhaden for bait.

We were in decent current between a 26' and 36' dropoff/ledge...within 10 minutes the first ray hit....thought it was going to be one of those evenings...

Ended up with 2 large rays and 2 very nice Stripers. ..

Was also a gorgeous night to be out on the water.

Next stop this weekend over to love point to chum for some cobia.

Jeff ,

I am with ya on the chum on the boat. It went in my chum bucket, holes closed, and did not get opened until it was overboard.

Worse was cutting up the menhaden....but the two hoses in the back cleaned it up nice.

Hope I can try again Tomorrow near love point in the evening.
