Default Bridge 7/9/19

Took two friends out yesterday to fish the bridge (livelinning). A lot of fish have been taken off that structure this year.
We left Bodkin Creek with very little wind and a nice outgoing tide; perfect to set up on one of our favorite pilings I must confess, this piling was shown to me by a good friend on this site. He had a "charity" party onboard who work with families of deceased first responders. Knowing this, I was glad to see he "beat" other boaters to this spot
We found another piling where we could see the action on his boat. He picked up his needed 8 fish, while we picked up our 6 fish limit (Nothing big, maybe 20-25 inches). We were done in relatively short order (6:30 - 8am). We waited for a friend to take our piling, then ran to pick up some additional spot (bait).
That was more tedious than rock fishing. With the help of my two friends, we put 55 spot into the live well for another trip.
After the hot weather, I can't wait for Sept/Oct to get here. OR, need to fish with friends who have airconditioning on their boats
