Two 27 Judge owners have been out looking (Gypsy Danger and Rockin Robin). Surface temps were still very chilly and any marks seen were very deep.
Bill Judge caught one fish trolling near Bloody Point a few days ago.

Other than that, not much happening. The jiggers at the "secrete spot" have been doing well.

I won't be out in force until after next week. My daughter is visiting from Japan next week
I'll be on the water after that
5th

I was planning to go Weds 25th but had trouble.

Hope to try next Tues or Weds.

From everything I can gather - main bulk are still south of Smith Point. Few bunches here / there but no numbers in our area yet - nor baitfish / Gannets.

The early fish are big though.

Hate to be pessimistic but IMHO - main bulk will be around our area inbound right when season opens. Water temps. are staying cold - we have below freezing temps. Saturday night.
