Default OT.. I need some help here from marired men..

Gentlemen in two weeks time I'm celebrating number 11 with my lovely bride. The past two years, shes been following the "traditional theme."

This year the theme is STEEL...

Now just because shes NOT looking over my shoulder, I say just get her a steel rake, put her in the back yard and tell her to have a field day....

Obviously, that ain't gonna work...

Any ideas ?? What did you get yours ??? Need some help here...

Bikini pics to follow if your idea helps me.....

i think a Cuisinart stand mixer is made mostly from steel.

Alternatively, tell her Black Lab Boats are made out of steel. She probably wouldn't know the diff.....

I can see headline now - man beaten with rake.

Those yearly lists are BS.
Come on - steel ???? For guys - that is fine but not for a lady.

Anniversary gifts need to be hokey. The kind of dumb sh*t she will tell all her girlfriends about. Nothing practical or it could be a cold night

Flowers , nice dinner out , piece of jewelery , weekend get away , etc.

I never know what to buy my wife so I go with cash but find fun ways to deliver it.

Putting lots of $1.00's , $5.00's and $10.00's on the ceiling fan blades - then having her turn the fan on is great. Be sure to dust off the fan first though.

Unrolling the toilet paper roll then rolling money back up into it is good too.

Leaving a trail of money down the hall is fun. Ending at a small gift - microwave chocolate brownies.

A fishing rod wrapped up - she'll love reeling in the line that has cash tied along it. Hide the line under a sofa.

Concert tickets to her favorite band / singer is always a hit.

I just had my 11th anniversary a couple weeks ago. I thought about the steel idea too. The only idea I came up with was a good set of kitchen knives....mostly because we could really use a set.
I didn't pull the trigger. Instead I just bought 11 gifts. Most of them were small silly things like a bag of Reese's peanut butter cups (her favorite). The idea turned out to be a good one. I think she like the idea more than the gifts.

Now that I think of it my annaversery was back in MAY. looks like we forgot it again. Neither one of us care much about that stuff so we often miss it, such as this year.
