Default I may not consistently get the big ones like Kimbro and others...but...

I can always find a dozen or more keeper sized fish every time I am out...and for that I am thankfull....The year continues to be really, really good...Many different species (the best part) and many really nice fish...

Thanks go out to Marty, Don, Charlie, Lou, Phil, Scott and many, many others for helping me learn more and become an all around good angler...Thanks to many of you, the captain of my boat, me, [] does not know the word "skunk"...

Couple of pictures from tonight....11 fish, a number of them keepers in an hour and a half...Not the best night, not the worst...The fish are starting to double up on my home made light tackle tandems....top water is has been heating up as well, on my own lures, spooks, and light weight spoons...

Hope you are all doing well...

BTW - Today most of the fish came in the 15 to 25 foot range, high in the column chasing bait...Matching the catch has been critical the last few times out...and for me ( I know it has not been the same for others) the western side, above the bridge consistently produces, I cannot say the same about the eastern side...

Tight lines to all....

Excellent catch - dependable fish is a good feeling.

PS - I don't know the meaning of skunk either I call it 'scouting',...

Mike; congrats. It's always nice when you don't have to run to far to find fish. I'll have to get you and Scott on some of the nice breaking fish farther south.

Nice report and nice fish! We are truly entering the best time of the year. Congratulations, and thanks for the report.

WTG Mike. Glad you are having a great summer. The BB has been a bit less than stellar for us this summer which has meant spending more to find 'em.
