thanks for a good tip on puctuation.
but when i was in high school, i wrote a composition. i was very prod of! and was excited, when the teacher was walking around handling papers back. because i was expecting maybe an A+ and a smiley face!! but when she set it on my desk; she didn't smile particularly. and i noticed there was a C- at the top. and redmarks all over my paper that said 'ROS'.
but despite all the redmarks, i was sure my paper was wonderful - so, i thought this ROS must be something good. but could'nt understand the C- at all? and when, i finally asked. she told me it meant; Run On Sentence. and it wasn't long after this. i discovered puntuation. and have been doing good: ever since. and, i even saw a magazine article one day. that said how to do creative writing. and the part i liked best is where it said 'there are no 'rules'.
and so i carefully ripped out that page. and folded it up. and carried it around in my wallet right next to my driver license, for many years; just in case. but strangely enough; it went unused. and eventuly it got turned into lint in the washer machine. but i wish i had kep a copy.
