The DC Metro MSSA chapter will meet September 7, 7:30pm at Steamers Seafood house in Bethesda. Enjoy the air conditioning, cold beer, and good food while we discuss all manner of saltwater fishing topics. This month’s speaker is the one and only Bill Kratz, the 2010 MSSA captain of the year. Bill will be sharing tips for becoming a well rounded angler. Bring a guest to their first DCMSSA meeting and I will buy you a beer.
As usual at the meeting, we will be sharing fishing reports and tips. We will also be discussing the recent tuna & marlin bite at the canyons and the lumps, summer bay fishing, live-lining, crabbing and the upcoming Spanish mackerel run etc. We will also discuss the upcoming DCMSSA Rockfish Tournament and Kids day. Door prizes will be fantastic, including a light tackle rod/reel combo!
