Default Good LORD.........

This rain sucks......

The only good thing about it, is that it might finally wash away some of this nasty brown water that's been lingering in the tributaries for a while now.

I prefer the muddy brown water over the poop stained water.

Of course, this rain will likely trigger another sewage pumping station failure and bring a whole new fresh batch of skanky water to the area.

What an optimist.

I'm fishing tomorrow on Phil's boat north of the bridge with some downsized lures. Wish us luck.

Marty, Right now looking good for tomorrow AM other than the water will be muddy from all the rain the last two days. Better to be on the water than not though. Can't wait ,see ya in the AM.

I drove over a few bridges today that span small streams.

I was surprised to see the water level was not high and water only stained.

We might get lucky and most of the rain soaked in - rather then ran off.

I think the Bay area got off easy with the rain. I talked to a buddy in Annapolis yesterday and he got minimal. Meanwhile in upper Mo Co, we got pounded, all damn day. This morning was truly the heaviest rain I've seen in months.

So RELAX.. We need the rain and you can still fish in the poop infested waters...
