Thumbs up Solomons on Tuesday

Went out at about 7:00 on Tuesday morning after going to fuel up at JJ's only to find out that they were out of fuel. So, we adjusted the game plan to a shorter run than previously planned.

Word was that they were out in deeper water and along the channel ledges, so we worked that area for about 3 hours with nothing. We saw a lot of peanut bunker up top, but very few bait balls. I decided to change things up and head West to more shallow water. It saved the day. We caught a fat 46", then a 43", and released a 38". All hit chart--two tandems and one daisy chain.

It was a great day on the water with flat calm conditions, overcast skies, and decent temps. It was my first trolling outing in the new Sailfish. This is the time of year when I'm GLAD I dont run a CC anymore! I can put the ski mask and goggles away!

P.S. I have no clue how to post a pic on this site.

Great going. Cant wait til I get a ride on your new rig! Watch out, though. Baldzilla has been telling me what your fish and the fish that my boat caught out of PLO did to him.

I used photobucket to post my pics here. On the photobucket website you can copy the image code for your pic and paste it in the body of your post.

Oh, nice fish BTW.
