Default Good Bye Ralph, Thanks for the Memories

Nice way to finish your tenure, granted it was the Military Bowl, but nevertheless, a win is a win, and pretty convincing at that. Only wish you could have mustered that spirit during the regular season.

As a lifelong Terp fan, I'm not really bothered by your dismissal, I am however pissed at the way you were treated. I thought Debbie Yow was a *****, this Anderson dude is an ahole. You just deserved a more professional exit. Say like today, and not two weeks ago, causing such a media zoo.

Anyway, I hope you take your severance pay, and have a field day.

I wont be surprised to see you working for Beamer in the near future.

Go Terps....

The talking heads on tv yesterday kept repeating his age......"He's 63" like it mattered or something.

I kept wondering why they were trying to steer people into thinking this was an age related issue.

Ralph is a very good football and was treated poorly. MD football is blaming Ralph for the ADs mistakes . No tv coverage except ESPNU is killing recruiting and a local following.

My guess is Gary is quivering in his shoes at this point. It certainly suxed pulling that move b4 the bowl game...Fridge did the Terps well and at least brought them back to a competitive squad. Unfortuately this new dude is coming into a pretty decent bunch of kids much like Vanderlinden left Fridge.

Rob, Gary's untouchable.... Is he the best in the world, no. Is his heart in the right place, yes. And a Championship certainly doesn't hurt his cause.

Looking forward to March Madness this year, we MUST get together.
