Hopefully this adds fuel to the fire with the MSSA reallocation initiative.. I personally am hoping that a reallocation leads to hook and line only harvest.  |

Personally, I wouldn't put it past either CCA or MSSA. They both want a quota reduction from the commercial side. What better way to stir things up.
