In the article is a link to video presentations of various ideas for the shoreline from Westport all the way around to Brooklyn.
One component is to build several fishing piers and kayak/small boat launches....
So many problems with these plans.....
(Number one being it's obvious they haven't consulted with any kayakers or fishermen...
)
Could be beneficial to the bay though.....in order for this plan to get any traction there will need to be so much environmental work. More marshes and wetlands could help filter some of the millions of gallons of sewage spilled annually.....
