One day on the VHF I heard a sailboat operator (cant call him Capt.) arguing with a freighter coming up the bay that "they had the right of way because they had their sail up!"
If recall correctly, the real Captain referred to him as "just clutter on his radar" so he may want to reconsider changing course!
Just proves my theory- It doesn't take brains to buy a boat, only money!!
