I'll be happy just getting 2 50 degree days in a row. :(

If I recall correctly spring catch and release rules start tomorrow. Somehow I think the ice will put a damper on that!

I got bad feeling most fish caught opening week / following week or two will be heading up the bay to spawn and full of roe.

At this stage it seems the thaw won't be til mid-July anyway so they should be done spawning by then. :eek: On the plus side, think of all the fuel money we will save!! :D

I am SOOOOOOO done with Winter!!!!!

just need to get the ice off the cover and start fixing everything that broke last year..... Hopefully, I don't find any lurking problems along the way :eek:


I know Marty ready to celebrate Saint Patrick's day in style.

However , if the weather doesn't break I guess we all can go over to Marty's heated storage building and drink green beer on the back deck of the Judge........

Damn, wish I could join 5th and company next week but I have a pair of days set to go fishing in Tampa...Might catch more fish there, but I know I won't have as much fun as I would with you guys...
