Spent the week on Hatteras last week...Right after the hurricane came through...It really tore up the Waves/Salvo area...Grass was piled up 20 feet high in some areas along the road, boats were scattered amonng jet skis and other debris...

Spent about 12 hours on the sound and got some nice, not great but nice flounder, trout, black drum, reds, grunts, and croaker...

Got back and took a short trip to the area around Bodkin point...Used cut up pieces of Gulp bloodworms and caught perch and croakers on almost every cast...was a great couple of hours...

Right before I left for vacation, maybe July 3rd ? I caught a couple of really nice cats on the rockpile at the point...

Hoping to get out again this week....
