short perch trip upper bay
 

I am fishing in the Special Olympics tournament in 2 weeks so I went out for 2 hours today to see if I could locate some perch close to home. Found perch on almost every drop around Hart Miller Island. All small fish 7" average. Grass shrimp was the bait and they ate it up. most fish 13 to 20 feet. Hopefully in a month or two we will have some nice size perch.
Heading out for some rock fishing tomorrow evening with some guys from our marina. Will report back afterwards.
