Love Point

Left Herrington to go back to Middle River yesterday morning. Got above the bridge and decided to put 4 rods over. 2 of Captain John's spoon bars and 2 umbrellas
Got 2 fish by Love Pt. one 28" on a spoon bar 120 ft back w/ 6 oz. and one 20" on an umbrella with a 2 oz Spankin Striper bucktail 150 ft back with no wt.:D
Packed it in and went north to my marina.
It's nice to just have a few rods out. I put my boards and big stuff away when i got home.
Ready for warm weather fishing.
I did see some boats in front of Herrington bottom fishing. I guess the spot are here.

I thought about doing the same thing this morning!! Got a bit too spirited yesterday so fell asleep waaaay too early last night. Woke up at 3:00 and thought- "I should got fishing solo, just me and 4 or 5 boat rods!". Needless to say, I didn't go.
Glad you got a few on the way north, nice ending to the southern stay. I'm thinking I be able to pick up about 5 knots once all the fishing crap comes off the boat. It's amazing how much crap you "need" onboard to go catch a damn fish :D
