Late start due to f&$@ed up wx report.. By now, I should know better than to expect forecasters to have a clue... Dropped my 14 traps about 7:30. Slow but steady, quality not quantity, ended up 46 crabs.. Home in my recliner by beginning of 2nd quarter. I want to switch to fishing, but crabs are hanging around. Maybe fishing next weekend, wx this week will probably keep me home..

I am lovin' life, my girl doesn't mind picking crabs for the freezer.. I'll be eating crabmeat all winter... I just hope you guys leave a couple fish for me, crabs won't be here much longer...

You'll appreciate that crab meat around the end of February when you are absolutely sick and tired of winter. Hopefully it'll bring a smile to your face and help you get through that last month of crappy coldness.
