Just splashed today. I'm in Deale through trophy season. Wife and I may venture out Saturday for a ride and a bite to eat.

Margaret and I will be out after a quick wax job. Probably not going to try to fish though, don't have anything loaded onto the boat yet.

I may do a expedition to Mikes north, ran into Missy a couple weeks ago at the Broken Oar and she said they were opening last weekend of March. If not I'll be at the Broken Oar next creek up the river!

Slower day but my party had fun. First caught fish jigging to 26" in a crowded zoo. Then took to trolling with a couple of hook ups on big fish.

Bay temps are still very cold but there is a ton of bait in the bay. Fishing is only going to bet better. I cannot wait for water temps to hit 50 degrees

Hahahaha, not that kind of wax job!! And it turns out it wasn't quick. Spent 4.5 hours waxing and STILL aren't finished.

No kidding, thoughts of going bigger are rapidly diminishing. (closest Home Depot is 40 minutes away 😡).
