Need your pliers; need your nippers
 had a really good day today, a really good day:D. I had an experienced crew of three guys who have fished with me many many times. After almost every fish, I would hear one of them say to me "I need your pliers" or my "nippers".
WTH, I asked why none of them carries a set of "tools" on their hip. After three years as a mate, I feel half naked without them on my hip:rolleyes: I think I know what to get them next Christmas:D. No more Dr Julie Ball calendars for them:mad: I will be headed to Tyler's Tackle for one of those "hook outs" with a "S" shaped end. It will be dropped into one of my gunnel rodholders that I don't use. Today's fish came off both boards and boat rods. Thanks to Mark (Mlag) for working with us out there today. This is why I gave up the Charter work, to get my boat out and put fish on the deck:):):) 5th (Marty) |
Good morning for sure. Good talking to you out there today and thanks for the initial call over...........................Mark

You guys had an awesome weather day too. I almost drove off the bridge about 2:00 today when I had to run to Baltimore. It was soooo nice out. Glad to hear you were able to find some fish too!!! Well done

They call me and say - can you retrieve my nippers , they're straight down in 25 feet :D

there was a 27 Chesapeake Party out there yesterday! (sorry Chessie27, no 36's were invited) I was working with Sykesville, who had power play on board. Sounds like a good day was had by all.
