Marty - I use " Gannet Tracker " app on my cell phone. :D

I'd say about 2-3 more weeks until we see them - going by logbook / history.

I didn't see any see lice, but definitely saw gannets and nice fish at PLO yesterday....

Cornell University, a major avian research center and referred to often by birders, will sometimes put up links of radar images of flocks of birds migrating north or south. Field observations will determine what species they are. So, I wouldn't doubt if there is such an app.
