Fishing Report- Mouth of the Chester 11/9
Yesterday, we trolled 5 lines- a 10oz BFG in White/black backs WWB (about 200') with no additional weight, 2 rods with 6oz BFG (1 chart and 1 B&W) with 16oz inlines, and 2 rods with a #17 Tony behind a 24oz drop weight. Ran everything but the WWB on the bottom. Started fishing about 10:00 and nothing until 12:30. Had a 4 fish limit by 1:15 with fish ranging from 20"-25". It was a BEAUTIFUL day on the water and we found some fish to boot. Did squirm a bit today when the boss noticed that we looked a little sunburnt.:D Sorry about being late, just signed up.

Glad to hear you did good yesterday.

Thanks Phil, there were a lot of boats in there Sunday and that may have drove the fish out some. Sunday we went to the same area and there must have been 50-60 boats in that area. Last Sunday, there were 6 or 8. I did hear today at lunch, the "X spot" was even further out towards LP. The closer you could get to the crab pots, the better.

I was actually trolling in the crab pots today a time or two today, right at the LP light, but it is just not my year. I have 2 more trips this year if the weather cooperates and my luck changes. I am almost to the point of hiring an exorsist at this point:D

This may sound stupid, but where is the Chester River?

Eastern Shore first river above the Bay Bridge (inside Love Point). The water to your left as you go over the Kent Narrows' bridge headed to the ocean.
