Damn I'll be missing it again! Have always wanted to attend but something always going on. Oh well, I'll be on my way to a island in the southern carribian that I cannot even pronounce wahoo and blue Marlin fishing. Apparently the island is pretty remote because we have to catch a sea plane out of Aruba and was told to pack plenty of rum and cigars because there ain't **** on the island except the pilots house pier and sportfishing boat. Ought to be interesting!

Bill's official invite:

Chessie27 01-11-2017 09:27 PM

I will be there. Kevin Rosemary will be there as well selling some 1st class lures also at "factory direct" pricing. Bring some cash boys, there will be LOTS of things to buy. :D

5th Tuition 01-12-2017 07:25 AM

I'll be there to eat Bill's food and drink Bill's beer again:eek: Not only do we roam the factory talking with other Judge owners, but we talk to some "interested parties" looking to purchase boats as well.
I know I'll be buying another jigging rod (I think they are around $70) from Bill's supply. I know they are tough, as mine went under the Cheaspeake Beach bridge doing the wacka, wacka, wacka, as they were left in my rocket launcher:mad:

Lost the tips and scaled the finish off the rods, but they made it through the year catching some nice fish up to 35 inches on the jig.

After replacing the rod tips, they still work fine, but I need a "pretty" one to add to my collection:eek: I'll give the "scaled" ones to my friends to use:)

5th (Marty)

I'll invite a "Parker" friend to the open house if you boys can play nice.
C.J., consider yourself invited:eek::eek:

I'm in! Will people be selling other things besides the lures?

Yes. Boats :D

5th Tuition 01-12-2017 06:31 PM

Boats, parachute lures, Judge Yacht rods (trolling & jigging), boat financing representative, and some years electronics display.

I've even seen Shawn Kimbro with some of his books, and Walleye Pete giving a presentation about his charters.

I don't know who will be at this years event, but it's worth it just to get on boats and "dream".

It also has a different feeling because you see many boats in different stages of completion. Unlike the Baltimore Boat Show where all the boats are complete, and you wonder what the stringer system looks like, or how would the boat look without a dinette, etc. Here you see everyone's idea of a "semi custom" boat and what their vision is while working with a common platform.

And just think everyone said Parker and Judge would never come together as one. Marty I would be honored to join you guys. Carey is asking is the wifey coming? And she also said "When those guys talk about their Boats we won't JUDGE them" ! She thought that was pretty funny. Keep me posted buddy on all the details. Thanks

No Ragrets 01-13-2017 12:39 PM

So do I go to the Annapolis boat show or do I provide some Parker owner back up for C-Monster at the Judge Yacht open house.....

B-Faithful 01-13-2017 02:10 PM

Bill said he will have a special table for the guys who bought boats with wood coring :D:p

C-MONSTER 01-13-2017 08:55 PM

No Regrets I might need back up! The Judge guys can be rough.

Chessie27 01-13-2017 09:39 PM

Margaret will be joining me but I consider her one of the boys. (Primarily because she is tougher than most boys, especially Parker owners :D)

C.J.
Melanie usually doesn't go. For some reason, she doesn't enjoy drinking beer, telling off color jokes, fish stories, and lies in general:eek:

Sharis wants to come along. She can hang with the best of them. I'll need her there to keep me in check around all those big fancy boats.

Talk to Lolo (Gypsey Danger):D:D
His 27 Judge was less than a year old when he began his build for a 36 Judge:eek:

I heard about that!! I think I'll make due with the 27' for a while! It's fun to dream though!

Gypsy Danger 02-10-2017 02:24 PM

I'm a degenerate that has boat commitment issues but as you can see my 36' has satisfied my needs!

I'll be at the open house, with BBQ and other good eats!

B-Faithful 02-15-2017 02:01 PM

I have someone interested in a charter that day... With insurance due and medical bills piling up for my daughter, it may be hard to pass up a trip... especially if the fish are biting.

Freak Magnet 02-19-2017 06:30 PM

See you all there

Gypsy Danger 02-22-2017 12:46 PM

Alright here is the menu for Saturday

Brisket
BBQ Chicken
Hot Dogs
Mashed Potato's
Peach Baked Beans
Salad

Hope everyone is ready to eat!!!

B-Faithful 02-22-2017 09:04 PM

Some used boats will be available too. Notable are a low hour 36 Chesapeake that was built for an elderly man who cannot use the boat anymore and a low hour, loaded 27 Chesapeake. :)

mark1234 02-24-2017 07:58 AM

I have never been checked for ID at the door :) See you there,.

Chessie27 02-26-2017 09:14 AM

Nice to meet some new folks face to face yesterday at the open house. Even good to see a few of the old faces. Hope everyone had a good time and enjoyed the good food supplied by our very own Gypsy Danger.
Now just be sure to get your deposit check in quickly to secure one of the very limited build slots.

Congrats to No Ragrets for picking up a new "river boat" and joining the Judge Family. That 18CC is such a cool little boat we MAY be able to overlook the fact that you still own a Parker :D

Oh yeah, THANK YOU MR JUDGE for the hospitality, it was great!!

Freak Magnet 02-26-2017 09:24 PM

Nice meeting you yesterday Jeff. Always great to put faces with the names.

No Ragrets 02-27-2017 03:10 PM

It was nice to see everyone although I don't think I met Freak Magnet.

Even though i(my wife) bought a Judge Jr (as I've been told, lol) it still bears the emblem. I just hope everyone doesn't confuse me and my grey hulled 18 with Lolo while I am cruising down the Chester.

Gypsy Danger 02-27-2017 05:04 PM

I'm coming to hang out in the Chester with my 36' river boat!

Congrats and good luck with it!
