Turkey Point may have some available. You may also want to check with Baldzilla, he was exiled from his last marina and he had a lift that was cheap.

Check with Londontowne Marina in Glebe Bay off the South River.

Doubling the fee was half of it. The other half was the way the owner sprung it on him. If I remember correctly; he saw the guy often at the marina and he never mentioned that he was considering a large increase in his slip fee. I think he was looking for a bit more communication.

The marina owner wanted more money and did not communicate his position. Translation- he did not have the nuts to tell Mark face to face. But a guy with a name like Baldzilla and a shark avatar is a little scary. :)
